When we show gratitude we cultivate a positive mindset and enhance our overall wellbeing. Pair this with an act that you truly enjoy (*cough *cough- creative projects), then you automatically shift your entire vibe into a far higher frequency. The frequency which we all aim to be in.

Showing gratitude daily helps to create a cycle of positivity, benefiting both yourself and everyone around you.

I personally use various methods daily, including gratitude journals, vision boards and affirmations. I then enhance this with sleep meditations and listening to podcasts from some of the best in the world. As a family, we even highlight what the best part of our day was at the dinner table each night. Planting the seed in our minds to look for the best part, every single day. To cultivate more and more.
